This Cancellation Policy applies to orders placed through vkz.co.in and explains when an order may be cancelled.
This website is operated by VKZ Enterprises under the brand name VKZ.
2. Cancellation Before Dispatch
Customers may request cancellation of an order before the order has been dispatched.
Cancellation requests should be made as soon as possible after placing the order. Once an order has entered the dispatch or shipping process, cancellation may no longer be possible.
3. How to Request Cancellation
To request cancellation, please contact VKZ using the contact details provided on our website and include your order number and the details used when placing the order.
A cancellation request is considered received only after the request has been successfully communicated to VKZ.
4. Orders Already Dispatched
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot normally be cancelled through the website.
If you no longer wish to receive a dispatched order, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for the applicable return or refund conditions.
5. Prepaid Orders
If a prepaid order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, any eligible refund will be processed to the original payment method, subject to the applicable payment provider's processing timelines.
The time taken for the refund to appear in the customer's account may vary depending on the bank, card issuer, UPI provider or other payment service provider.
6. Cash on Delivery Orders
For Cash on Delivery orders, customers should request cancellation before the order is dispatched.
No refund is applicable to a COD order that has not been paid for.
7. Cancellation by VKZ
VKZ reserves the right to cancel an order in circumstances such as product unavailability, pricing or listing errors, payment verification issues, inaccurate or incomplete order information, suspected fraudulent activity, or other circumstances that prevent the order from being fulfilled.
If a prepaid order is cancelled by VKZ and a refund is applicable, the eligible amount will be processed to the original payment method.
8. Duplicate or Incorrect Orders
If you have accidentally placed a duplicate order or entered incorrect order information, please contact VKZ immediately.
We will make reasonable efforts to assist with cancellation or correction before the order is dispatched. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation or modification may not be possible.
9. Important Note
Please note: An order cancellation request does not automatically guarantee cancellation. Cancellation depends on the current processing status of the order.
Customers are encouraged to contact VKZ as soon as possible if they wish to cancel an order.
10. Return & Refund Policy
